This DVD
was produced with the view to helping fencers, coaches and
fencing officials understand what foil fencing will look like
without the " white" off target light; before making their final
decision regarding the proposed changes.
The electronic chip for the electric box, kindly provided by
"Amico",
Russia was programmed with the 180 millisecond blocking time.
This is not a promotion, just an experiment. Tyshler fencing
